Intro
P15F is a normally unmanned satellite gas platform in the P15/P18 block of the Dutch North Sea, commissioned in 1993. It gathers natural gas from associated wells and exports flows via pipeline to the P15D central gas processing platform.
Field
The satellite serves gas reservoirs in the P15/P18 area, part of a network of shallow conventional gas accumulations in the southern Dutch North Sea developed with multiple unmanned platforms and subsea connections.
Facilities
P15F’s facilities consist of a steel jacket supporting wellheads tied into a pipeline to the P15D processing installation. It is configured for flow control, basic metering and safe shutdown systems. Production fluids are routed to P15D for separation, dehydration and export. Platform utilities are limited to remote monitoring and minimal power for instrumentation. The satellite connects via subsea pipelines into the P15/P18 area network for onward processing.
