Intro

P15E is a normally unmanned fixed gas satellite platform in the Dutch North Sea, installed in 1993 within the P15/P18 area. It produces natural gas from designated wells and routes production via pipeline to the central P15D gas processing facility.

Field

The gas reservoirs linked to P15E form part of the southern Dutch North Sea P15/P18 conventional gas system. These shallow water gas accumulations are developed with multiple satellite platforms feeding into central processing infrastructure.

Facilities

P15E comprises a steel jacket and topsides configured for well access, flow control and pipeline export. There is no full processing suite on the platform; unprocessed gas is routed via subsea pipelines to the P15D processing hub. P15E includes basic metering, flow control, and safety systems (ESD, remote monitoring). Electrical power at the structure supports instrumentation and communications. The export pipeline integrates into the southern Dutch North Sea network, tying to the gas treatment and export infrastructure at P15D, which conditions the gas for onward delivery ashore.
