Field
Associated with the Bruce oil and gas field in the UK Northern North Sea, the PUQ platform supports processing from wells on Bruce D and subsea tie-backs. The field is geologically typical of the region's conventional reservoirs and part of the wider Bruce-Keith-Rhum complex.
Facilities
The PUQ platform contains first and second stage separation, gas treating, compression and dehydration systems to condition fluids from the Bruce D platform and subsea sources. It offers utilities and quarters for personnel, including power generation, HVAC, water systems and safety infrastructure. Export systems link conditioned gas into the Frigg pipeline to St. Fergus and liquids to the Forties Pipeline System. Control systems integrate production from multiple wellheads and subsea tie-backs. The structural design facilitates sustained processing capacity with redundancy in utility systems and robust accommodations.
