Clipper PH houses the main accommodation block for the Clipper complex, including sleeping quarters, galley, medical facilities, offices, and recreational areas. It also accommodates the central control room overseeing production, processing, and compression across the hub. Utilities include power generation or distribution, instrument air, potable water, sewage treatment, HVAC, and communications systems. The platform supports helideck operations and emergency response coordination. Bridge links connect PH to the production (PT), compression (PC), and wellhead (PW) platforms, allowing safe personnel transfer and shared services. Safety systems include fire and gas detection, deluge systems, lifeboats, and emergency shutdown interfaces. PH plays a stable, long-term role as the operational and living centre of the Clipper field infrastructure.
