Eldfisk B supported production wells and integrated fluid handling and processing including separation and dehydration. Its structural jacket supported drilling and production manifolds, separation vessels and initial gas conditioning units. Produced fluids were routed through the Eldfisk complex into export pipelines and to the Ekofisk centre for onward export via Norpipe. With the installation of Eldfisk S, many processing functions have been rationalised, and B's remaining infrastructure focuses on well support, fluid routing, and interfaces to current processing facilities. Utilities include onboard power, water handling systems, and control modules, integrated into fieldwide control and safety networks.
