Gina Krog
Gina Krog is a fixed platform offshore installation in the central North Sea producing oil and gas, brought onstream in 2017. It handles hydrocarbons from the Gina Krog field and is integrated into regional infrastructure, with oil export historically via FSO and now via pipeline, and with gas exported through pipelines to the Sleipner area. The platform is powered from shore via the Utsira High grid.

Field
The Gina Krog field lies on the Utsira High, developed to produce from Middle Jurassic sandstone reservoirs discovered decades earlier. It produces both oil and gas, with gas export into broader networks and oil export initially via an FSO. The field is tied into regional export pipelines to Europe.
Facilities
The Gina Krog platform comprises production wells feeding into topside processing that separates oil, gas, and water. Gas is compressed and conditioned before export through pipelines to the Sleipner A hub and onward into continental networks. Oil is stabilised and routed through pipeline infrastructure (following decommissioning of earlier FSO arrangements). The platform's utilities include shore-supplied electrical power via Utsira High cables, water and gas injection systems, flare and safety systems, and accommodation modules. Subsea infrastructure includes wells and manifolds connected to the topside. The design incorporates redundancy in processing trains, export metering, and safety systems to support long-term field operations.
