P6B
P6-B was a fixed offshore production platform in the P6 field of the Dutch Southern North Sea, installed to support natural gas production and export. It interfaced with nearby platforms and subsea infrastructure such as P6-A, forming part of the P6 network of installations.

Field
The P6 gas/oil complex is a conventional hydrocarbon province with Rotliegendes sandstone reservoirs on the Netherlands Continental Shelf. Gas from the P6 area fed into domestic offshore pipelines and onward into the Dutch gas grid during its operational life.
Facilities
P6-B's structural jacket supported production wellheads and well interfaces directing gas into the P6 field's collection and export systems. Processing and export conditioning occurred via dehydration and metering modules, with gas exported via interfield pipelines to shore. Platform utilities encompassed power generation, well control and monitoring systems, safety shutdowns, and basic processing equipment consistent with mid-life gas platforms. As with P6-A, P6-B's installations have been decommissioned or are included in removal planning in the context of the P6 network's wind-down.
