P15C

P15C (often called Rijn C) is a fixed, manned production platform on the Dutch continental shelf in the North Sea, installed in 1985. It primarily produces oil (with associated gas and condensate) from the P15 Rijn field and serves as an operations and hub platform within the P15/P18 complex, with physical links to P15-D gas processing facilities.

Field

The Rijn Field lies in the P15a/P15b blocks in the southern Dutch North Sea, developed as a conventional oil reservoir with associated gas and condensate. It is a shallow-water field producing hydrocarbons through multiple wells tied to the P15ACD complex, supporting export of oil and gas to shore infrastructure.

Facilities

P15C hosts multiple production wells for the Rijn oil field, tied through wellheads and manifolds into its topside processing. Oil and associated gas/condensate are gathered, with oil stabilized and metered before export ashore; associated gas is routed via pipeline to the central P15-D gas processing platform where further conditioning occurs. Fluid handling includes primary separation, water handling and crude stabilization suited to shallow North Sea services. Utilities comprise platform power generation, firewater and lifeboat systems, and integrated control and safety systems (DCS, ESD). The installation links via bridges and flowlines to adjacent P15 facilities, supporting integrated operations. Export pipelines connect to onshore refineries and national grid gas infrastructure. Long-term design supports continuous injection and production operations with periodic maintenance, facilitated by supply vessels and helicopter access.
