L13-FD-1
L13-FD-1 is a fixed, primarily manned satellite gas platform in the L13 block of the Dutch North Sea, installed in 1988. It gathers natural gas from assigned wells and routes production into L13-FC-1 and onward export networks. It is one of the satellite installations supporting the wider L13 field network.

Operated within the L13 conventional gas field complex, L13-FD-1 accesses Rotliegendes sandstone gas. The field uses multiple fixed platforms to drain reservoir compartments, with gas routed into export pipelines to onshore processing facilities.

L13-FD-1's infrastructure includes production wellheads, manifolds, and flowlines tied into the L13-FC-1 gathering system. Minimal topside separation may be present, with gas routed to central hubs for full processing. Electrical power supports control and safety systems including emergency shutdown and fire/gas detection. Utilities include instrument air and essential monitoring. Subsea pipelines connect to export routes feeding the Dutch onshore grid. Periodic maintenance by service vessels sustains topside and subsea assets. Integration into the L13 cluster allows efficient reservoir management and export via established pipeline infrastructure.
