Tyra SEA

Tyra Southeast (Tyra SE) is a satellite installation to the Tyra gas condensate field in the Danish North Sea, historically developed via small steel platforms for oil and gas from the Tyra SE reservoir. Commissioned in the 1990s and early 2000s, it ties back into the Tyra hub for processing.

Field

The Tyra Southeast field is part of the larger Tyra project in the Danish North Sea, comprising chalk reservoirs of Danian and Upper Cretaceous age. It is developed as a satellite to the main Tyra gas condensate field, with fluids routed to the Tyra hub for processing and export.

Facilities

Tyra Southeast comprises one or more small wellhead platforms producing oil and gas into the Tyra central hubs (Tyra East/West) via subsea tie-backs. Its production is processed at the main Tyra facilities, which include gas conditioning, compression, condensate handling and export infrastructure. Connections feed into the extensive Tyra hub pipeline network serving the Danish transmission systems and export routes. Utility support on Tyra SE is minimal, with power and control provided from the Tyra hubs via umbilicals. Processing, dehydration and sweetening occur at Tyra East/West, with gas export to Denmark and continental markets and liquid hydrocarbons handled through the hub system.
