Dan E
Dan E is a fixed steel jacket wellhead platform installed in April 1976 with production commencing in 1977 at the Dan oil field in the Danish North Sea. It was originally a producing platform with six well slots but has since been shut down and decommissioned from active production; it historically routed fluids to Dan B via pipeline.

Field
The Dan field produces oil and associated gas from Upper Cretaceous chalk reservoirs. Dan E served the field's early expansion in the 1970s, contributing wells and reservoir access within the broader Dan Bravo network, before its cessation of production in the late 2010s.
Facilities
Dan E comprised six production well slots drilled into the chalk reservoir and connected to the Dan Bravo complex via subsea flowlines and pipelines to Dan B for processing. It operated as an unmanned wellhead facility with basic power distribution, well control systems, emergency shutdown capability, and remote communications. After shutdown, the platform has no active power and wells have ceased production or converted to water injection before decommissioning activities. Its infrastructure included fire and gas monitoring systems and limited utility support for safety and control when in operation. Pipelines linking Dan E to Dan B and the integrated Dan processing facilities facilitated oil export through the Gorm E riser platform and gas export towards the Tyra hub, exemplifying the Dan field's modular production approach.
