The flare infrastructure is designed with ignition systems, pilots, flame monitoring and emergency shutdown valves, ensuring safe combustion of hydrocarbons during process upsets or maintenance. Utility systems include instrument power, remote monitoring and safety interlocks integrated with the Dan field's SCADA system. Dan C's connections via bridge and pipeline tie it into the Dan Bravo complex, supporting coordinated fluid management across the original wellhead installations.
