Field
The Mirage and Titan fields are located in the Mississippi Canyon area near the Ursa development. Reservoirs consist of deepwater turbidite sandstones of Miocene age. These fields are smaller satellite accumulations developed as subsea tie-backs to maximise recovery using existing infrastructure.
Facilities
The Mirage and Titan developments consist of subsea production wells tied back via flowlines and umbilicals to the Ursa TLP. Subsea trees and manifolds gather hydrocarbons and transport them to the host platform. Processing at Ursa includes separation, oil stabilization, gas compression, and water treatment. Oil is exported via subsea pipelines into regional crude networks, while gas is exported through gas transmission systems. Subsea control systems enable remote operation of wells. The developments may include injection wells for pressure support. By leveraging the existing Ursa infrastructure, Mirage and Titan minimise additional capital investment while extending the productive life of the host facility. The subsea architecture is designed for long-term deepwater operation with intervention capability.
