Intro

A fixed steel jacket accommodation and utilities platform in the Claymore field, installed in 1995 and bridge-linked to the Claymore A production platform. It provides living quarters and support functions for field personnel in the Central North Sea.

Field

Supporting the Claymore oilfield development, the quarters platform facilitates operations in the Central North Sea by housing crews who work on production and injection operations. The field produces from multiple reservoirs through the Claymore infrastructure.

Facilities

The Claymore Quarters Platform includes accommodation modules, utilities for power and HVAC, water treatment, catering and safety systems. Linked by a bridge to the production platform, it shares support services like power distribution and communications. The platform’s design emphasizes long-term habitability and reliability, with lifeboat stations, fire and gas detection, and integrated control interfaces linked to the production facility. It enables sustained manned operations for drilling, production and maintenance in the Claymore field.
