Intro

L10-AP is the main production platform within the L10-A complex, installed in 1975. It serves as the primary gas production and processing platform in the field hub, linked by bridges to L10-AD (wellheads), L10-AC (compression), and L10-AR (riser).

Field

The L10 field’s Rotliegendes sandstone gas reservoirs are accessed from AP via wellheads and satellite tie-ins; production began in 1976 and has continued into the present as part of a multi-platform system.

Facilities

L10-AP’s facilities encompass gas gathering from AD and satellite platforms, primary separation, dehydration, metering, and conditioning for export. It is the central processing node in the L10-A complex, with integrated compression from AC and riser support from AR. AP’s topsides include separation vessels, dehydration skids, metering trains, and control systems managed via DCS, with ESD for safety integrity. Utility modules supply power generation, firewater, and water handling. Conditioned gas is fed into the 36-inch Noordgastransport pipeline to Uithuizen onshore. The platform’s design supports long-term, stable processing and export operations with periodic maintenance access.
